RUFO
The AHV RuFO supports a balanced and efficient rumen fermentation.
Feeding roughage of lower quality, will not (especially on the long-term) benefit the health of cows. Any energy allocated and reallocated energy to compensate for this, to, for example the immune system, potentially compromises production.
Due to environmental stressors or sometimes specific (seasonal) situations, the quality of the feed can simply not be guaranteed or maintained.
How to use
Application of AHV RuFO on farm is a separate AHV-Program that requires thorough assessment of suitability and support. AHV Specialists will work together with you and the AHV RuFO+ Engineer, to monitor the improvement of health and performance on herd level and production application.
AHV RuFO+ provides support of both cow and feedstuff thanks to it’s complete design towards maintaining the quality of the feed an denabling an optimal functioning of the rumen. AHV RuFO+ is a powder that is to be mixed in with the TMR.
