QUICK TABLET
MODE OF ACTION
AHV Quick is a complementary feed that supports the cow’s natural ability to manage severe health challenges.
It works by supporting the immune system to break down biofilm, allowing bacteria to be removed more effectively. This helps protect milk yield and sustain productive performance, particularly during periods of udder challenge.
AHV Quick contains patented AHV QSI Technology (EP4117654B), which influences bacterial quorum sensing—the signalling process that enables bacteria to form and maintain biofilm, thereby reducing the incidence of chronic conditions such as mastitis, metritis, and chronic wound infections.

Longevity and Milk Production Improvement in Dairy Cows Using Plant-Derived Products
Research article – Journal of Veterinary Health Science
This study looked at how AHV products affect cow health and milk production. Researchers analyzed data from over 213,000 cows across 1,200 Dutch farms. They focused on how long cows live and how much milk they produce.
The results showed that cows treated with AHV products Quick™ and Extra™ lived 0.7 years longer on average than cows that didn’t get these products. On average, treated cows lived 6.52 years.
Also, on the 10 largest farms, cows using AHV products produced 1.6% more milk per lactation compared to untreated cows.
SELECTIVE DRY COW THERAPY
AHV Quick Tablet can be used as a non-antibiotic option for Selective Dry Cow Therapy. Research has shown it reduces mastitis prevalence in the next lactation compared to traditional methods.
conclusion
In short, AHV products help cows live longer and produce more milk—supporting both animal health and farm performance.
HOW TO USE QUICK?
Administer 1 tablet orally per animal using the AHV tablet applicator, after removing the foil first. Always use in combination with an AHV Aspi product and use when cows are in lactation. Do not use during the drying off period or within 4 weeks prior to the drying off period.
Use Quick reactively in case of (severe) claw, udder or uterine health issues.
If repetition is advised by your AHV Consultant, administer every other day.
